The second online Workshop “Public Procurement – legislation, stages and practical issues”

The second online workshop, through the Zoom conference space, was organized on June 2, 2020, by the “Association for Human Rights Lex XXI”. The workshop on “Public procurement – legislation, steps and practical issues” was held in within the “Public Procurement Monitoring” project, funded by the National Endowment for Democracy.

During the workshop were discussed such issues as:

– Legal and normative-secondary framework in terms of procurement;

– Preparation and launch of a public procurement procedure;

– Evaluation of tenders and award of the public procurement contract;

– Appeals from public procurement procedures. Participants are already getting used to this format, and the discussions are becoming more interesting and interactive. More and more people have joined the process, including both civic activists and public authorithies representatives on their professional growth. The participants actively asked complicated questions and discussed the issues addressed. The workshop was moderated by IDIS Viitorul experts, Carolina Ungureanu and Diana Enachi.
