63 representatives of contracting authorities gathered virtually to study the field of public procurement

On June 9, 2020, the “ Association for Human Rights Lex XXI” held the last online workshop in the “Public Procurement Monitoring” project, funded by the National Endowment for Democracy. The workshop on “Public procurement – legislation, steps and practical issues” was made through the Zoom conference space.
The event was attended by representatives of various organizations, employees responsible for organizing the public procurement process. Together with the moderators of the workshop, Carolina Ungureanu and Diana Enachi (IDIS Viitorul experts), the participants discussed the Legal and Normative Framework; Preparation and launch of a public procurement procedure; Evaluation of bids and award of public procurement contract; Appeals from public procurement procedures.
At the end of the workshop, the participants expressed the desire to receive the support materials from the workshop and the Public Procurement Guide, developed within the same project.
