The meeting with the topic “Petitioning – a form of response to the illegalities in the climate of institutional integrity.”
We are continuing the series of watchdog groups meetings within the project “Let’s act against corruption through transparency and good governance!”, funded by the US Embassy in the Republic of Moldova.
Today, June 16, 2020, the “Association for Human Rights Lex XXI” held a meeting on “Petitioning – a form of response to the illegalities in the climate of institutional integrity.” Students of the State University “Alecu Russo” discussed with Vladimir Rusu, professor of administrative law, how to submit, register, recover and resolve a petition. In the following days, the young people will submit and register their own petitions, according to the problems which they have identified previously.
