The “Association for Human Rights Lex XXI” intends to address in the court to ask the Metropolitan of Moldova to change the location of the recently added monuments on the territory of the Cathedral of the Holy Emperors Constantine and Helen, constructions that significantly change the stylistic aspect of the Cathedral. We remind you that this Cathedral is in the register of state-protected monuments, and the law obliges individuals and legal entities that have caused damage to the targeted monuments – to restore them to their original state.
