Planning and launching public procurement procedures
Legislative news in the field of procurement; Elaboration and publication of the procurement plan; Ways to calculate the estimated value; Guarantee for the offer and the guarantee of good execution; Contesting the award documentation. Representatives of LPA, Public Institutions and representatives of civil society discussed these issues today, November 13, 2020.
During today’s Workshop entitled “Planning and launching public procurement procedures” many theoretical and practical points related to public procurement were analyzed. The changes in the field of public procurement that came into force in the last year and the ways to avoid mistakes were discussed. Each participant presented their opinion and received answers to the questions they came up with.
The event was organized within the project “Monitoring public procurement” funded by the National Endowment for Democracy.
