LPA representatives, public procurement experts, NGO representatives and civic activists participated, on January 12, 2021, in the workshop “Evaluation of public offers and procurement” organized by the “Association for Human Rights Lex XXI”.

During the event, the following topics were presented, analyzed and discussed:

– Opening of tenders and electronic auction;

– Qualification criteria for economic operators;

– Contesting the results of the procurement procedure;

– Public procurement contract.

The trainer promoted the workshop in an interactive way, involving those presents in an active discussion on the issue. The participants did not hesitate to express their opinions and ask interesting questions. Both theoretical and practical aspects were discussed, illustrative and accessible examples were given.

The event was organized within the project “Monitoring public procurement” funded by the National Endowment for Democracy and took place in accordance with all health and epidemiological safety measures.
