Our team participated in the second training session of the project “A consolidated NGO = an efficient fight for gender equality in Balti city”
On September 21, our team participated in the second training session of the project “A consolidated NGO = an efficient fight for gender equality in Balti city”, implemented by our Association and funded by UN Women Moldova.
We discussed about the principles of effective participation in the budget process from the perspective of mayors, civil servants and citizens, but also about the primary pillars of gender-sensitive budgeting. We also tried to relate these theoretical notions to the realities from Balti city. In this context, we thank our trainer, Mr. Stanislav Ghilețchi, for interesting and constructive discussions.
