The Training “Public Procurement in Health” organized by the “Association for Human Rights Lex XXI”

Representatives of Medical Institutions from Northern Moldova, experts in public procurement, for 2 days (October 18 and 20, 2021) participated in the Training “Public Procurement in Health” organized by the “Association for Human Rights Lex XXI”.

During the event, the following topics were presented, analyzed and discussed:

• Legal framework and legislative news in the field of public procurement;

• Peculiarities of public procurement in the field of health;

• The stage of planning and carrying out public procurement;

• Contestation within the public procurement procedure;

• Monitoring the execution of public procurement contracts;

The trainer promoted the training in an interactive way, involving those present in an active discussion on the issue. The participants did not hesitate to express their opinions and ask interesting questions. Both theoretical and practical aspects were discussed, illustrative and accessible examples were given.

The event was organized within the project “Monitoring public procurement” funded by the National Endowment for Democracy.
