Training “Various negotiation techniques”
On September 27, 2021 (afternoon), our Association facilitated the organization of a training for members of the medical union “Sustinere”. During these trainings, fifteen union members discussed various negotiation techniques, such as competition, accommodation, avoidance, compromise or collaboration. They also learned 10 negotiation tactics to consider in a negotiation.
We would like to mention that this activity was carried out within the “Human rights in Medical System” project, funded by the Human Rights House Foundation.
