Today, June 9, 2021, the ” Association for Human Rights Lex XXI ” held a public presentation of the “Monitoring Report on Public Procurement in the Drochia Hospital”.

The event was attended by civic activists, representatives of the monitored Institution and Public Institutions who had the opportunity to get acquainted with the Report prepared and to express their opinions and suggestions on it.

This time, special attention was paid to medical procurement, a topic that is now more relevant than ever in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to highlighting theoretical issues related to the regulatory framework, participants were also able to familiarize themselves with practical skills that would allow them to track and analyze the effectiveness of public procurement.

At the end, the organizers and presenters made a number of recommendations that can improve the situation in the field of conducting, monitoring and analyzing public procurement.Soon, the report will be available to everyone, both in electronic format (on the website of the association www.lex21.md ) and in printed format.

This event was organized within the Project “Medical System in Balti and Drochia in the eyes of civil society” implemented by AO “Association for Human Rights Lex XXI” with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Moldova from resources provided by the European Union and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany.
